Besides being a nerd, I work for Wonderware PacWest as a Technical Support Specialist. My daily tasks include taking technical support calls, working on cases, and finding ways to improve the company website.
In my spare time, I play piano and guitar, watch The Event, and try to keep up to date with all the latest changes in technology.
